Some tokens don't follow the Uniswap's schema for tokens

We're validating the token list with this ajv schema published by Uniswap.

This schema validates that the token symbol should not contain spaces. However, some tokens, such as MagpieBTC do contain spaces. For the time being, we're excluding these tokens from validations. We need to figure out if there's something better to do.
