Exchange gadget should work w/o JS, but will be enhanced by it. So it should be rendered by the server, which means that the page.js should do the fetching and return the result.Also, there should be a form action to allow the gadget to send subsequent requests w/o JS and receive the result.Moving these noJS works to a future PR, since I want people to test the current JS impl so we can improve upon it.
