Hi @taichi-ishitani! Please be careful about adding multiple projects of your own in a row. As commented in #201, it is desirable to wait until someone else (preferredly multiple people) decide to do it.

Similarly to TVIP-AXI, it seems that TNOC is an specific IP Core implemented in System Verilog. I believe it fits better in https://www.librecores.org/, or as a reference in some item with a wider scope. For it to be an isolated item, it should provide something more that just HDL sources. That can be unique features, a code generation feature, very well explained examples, etc. However, currently it's raw HDL code, without any doc or associated paper/article. It's hardly reusable, even though the implementation might be awesome.
