Thanks for opening this PR @aslafy-z.

The addition of preview features in the Kubernetes resource is currently on hold due to the reasons outlined in hashicorp/go-azure-sdk#912. Since this PR can only progress once a decision has been reached on the support for preview features as well as on several upstream changes happening, e.g. adding support for new preview versions and upgrading the SDK version in the provider, I'd like to close this PR for the time being and consolidate tracking support for this in the corresponding issue #24503.

I will update the issue accordingly once we know more and will be happy to reopen this PR if still relevant. Thanks for your understanding!
