At this point, Happening should be usable by a non-expert. The documentation should be in place to allow a technically knowledgeable third party to set up and administrate a Happening group.

At this point the API is liable to change. We will follow the current migration system whereby users are expected to use git to merge the updates into their system, and then migrate the database.

Custom plugin migration will be the responsibility of the end user.
