Fixed many typos/grammatical errors. Added alt-text to the images that shows when hovering over the images. (Captions can be removed upon choice.) Made some instructions related to the flashing process and relevant sections a little clearer for people to understand. Changed the mention at the end of the file into a `Contributors` section. Added comments to explain changes made.
