This PR is in reference to #25

  • optimizes queries
  • returns either filtered by year or all years for given route
  • sums up by week, saturday, sunday, and then for full year
  • adds flag fields for whether year and route has saturday and sunday census (ie route 94 does not have both for all years, recent years, no weekend service)
  • standardizes logic used for single year vs. multiple years
