Bump @azure/identity and mssql in /server (#1783)

Bumps [@azure/identity](https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js) to 4.4.1 and updates ancestor dependency [mssql](https://github.com/tediousjs/node-mssql). These dependencies need to be updated together.
