Contribution guidelines

Here's a few small guidelines to help you contribute to Blue Shoes:

• Please make sure you're also using git-flow, or else you'll probably get confused. If you can't, please provide your changes in a topic branch, to make it a little easier for me to merge changes in.
• If you ever have any questions, hop on to #hacketyhack or #shoes on Freenode. If you don't have an irc client, you can use the web one here.
