Trade Alerts

Daybreak can monitor the Kamadan and Ascalon trade messages and alert the user when a trade message meets certain requirements.

Accessing Alerts View

  1. Expand the Trade menu section and click on the Alerts button

  1. A list of trade alerts will appear on the main screen

Creating a new alert

  1. Access the Alerts View
  2. Click on the 'Plus' button in the top right corner

  1. Adjust the name of the alert

  1. Enable the alert
  2. Adjust the message and sender search 5.1 If you want to trigger by message body, write your trigger words in the 'Message Search' text box

5.2 If you want to trigger by sender, write your trigger words in the 'Sender Search' text box

5.3 If you want more complex triggers, write a Regex that can will be used to match on the Message or Sender part of the trade message. To mark the trigger as Regex, flip the 'Is Regex' toggle to 'On'

Enabling an alert

  1. Access the Alerts View
  2. Click on the desired alert
  3. Flip the 'Enabled' toggle to On

Disabling an alert

  1. Access the Alerts View
  2. Click on the desired alert
  3. Flip the 'Enabled' toggle to Off

Deleting an alert

  1. Access the Alerts View
  2. Click on the 'Bin' button on the desired alert

Triggering alerts

Once alerts are Enabled, they will automatically trigger based on the alert rules. When an alert is triggered, a notification will pop up mentioning the source trade chat (Kamadan/Ascalon) and the trade details.

Clicking on the notification will open a window with the trade details

If dismissed, the alerts can be found in the Notifications tab
