Updates to match to PRL (#8)

* update 220+330+210 evidence and median values

* add 220+210 posteriors

* add 220+330+210 config files

* update medians

* split figure4 to two figures (#7)

* minor modifications to amp ratio posterior plot

* add 210 results to figs

* update figures 2 and s4

* updated agnostic figure numbers and notebook

* relabel plot numbers

* relabel figures 3 and 4

* update labels on s2 and s3
