Meeting Thursday 9/15

Discussed design of SSC video proto following initial proof of concept.

1. Likely to use same initial interface as Obscura Cam (Capture new video/Use existing video)
2. Following capture or after choosing an existing video, a video editor interface will be presented with timeline, scrubber and the ability to create, modify, delete regions for obscuring. In and out markers will be present on the timeline to indicate in and out points for the region.
3. The capture interface will also allow the ability to create and modify regions while capturing.

Main goal at the moment is to work out the interface for #2.
