One thing that is missing that modifies stake is a handler for the slash event.

One thing that is missing that modifies stake is a handler for the slash event.

Since it's called ProvisionSlashed I actually thought of it as part of the "Provision Management" PR, as it's more part of the provision lifecycle. I'll add it on the other PR, but yeah, it both modifies the provision and the overall stake
