Waiting room cross-contaimination management

Patient makes a regular appointment - make sure you have their mobile number
- Health Engine provides the number on booking, and it is standard to collect it
- but it's not always reliable - portion of the patient population uses burner numbers
- need a UI to resolve number conflicts :-(
SMS patient reminding them of entry arrangements on the day
- send ~2 hours in advance (configurable)
Show today's appointments booked in app
- GG: what is this?
- See who is comming in soon
- Place to see unregcognised SMS
When patient arrives outside they repy SMS 'arrived'
- app receives the SMS from patient
- app updates appointment to 'arrived' state
- patient appears as in the waiting room
When reception or doctor wants the patient to come inside they start the visit
- app detects the arrived to in visit transition
- app SMS messages the patient to come inside
- proceed with visit
App will not display appoimtment once visit commences
