Features:

  1. cmake for easier maintenance of the installation and dependencies. Includes cmake scripts to configure, build and link zlib, htslib and gclib within the project
  2. --bedcov,-B option in tiebrush for aggregating coverage. Implemented as a priority queue based on the RB+ trees
  3. tiecov method for generating coverage BED files based on BAM files collapsed by tiebrush
    Bug fixes:
  4. NULL terminator in the new PG line in the tiebrush SAM header
