This checks whether or not the FEA contained explicit glyph categories, and if it did not it replaces the categories computed by fea-rs (which include only glyphs that were used in mark positioning rules) by the categories either provided in public.openTypeCatgories (in UFO, if set) or assigned to individual glyphs in glyphsapp.
