Hi there!
While your PR is appreciated, can you explain what this does differently than the current action? Or is it that your version is actively maintained and you plan on doing that going forward?

There are a couple of differences but mainly, as you say, I plan to maintain my action while the old one seems to be unmaintained...

Regarding the changes, most relevant are:

• Updated dependencies that solve quite some bugs and possible vulns. This will get rid of warnings in your pipeline logs among others...
• New version checks downloaded tool signatures.
• New version supports token usage for avoiding api rate limiting.
