This pull request introduces issue templates for bug reports and feature requests, and updates the CONTRIBUTING.md file to guide contributors on using these templates.
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/to structure the submission of bug reports and feature requests. Thebug_report.mdtemplate includes sections for describing the bug, steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, environment details, and additional context. Thefeature_request.mdtemplate contains sections for detailing the feature request, its motivation, possible alternatives, and additional context.CONTRIBUTING.mdfile has been modified to include a new section about using the issue templates for bug reports and feature requests. This section emphasizes the importance of providing detailed information when reporting issues or requesting features to improve efficiency in addressing concerns.
