Optimize Docker images.

1. Removed composer.json as we don't need it. 2. Removed steps to install Open Social as this is immediatelly overridden on local machines and pipelines. 3. Moved non-dev and non-ci specific steps to main Dockerfile. For example, to install Redis. 4. Removed obselete files.
