Fixed null pointer problems and added rinex navigation file parser.
Can process example data (I haven't included a data folder, probably I should).
Also you need to create an "out" folder, the code doesn't do it yet.
The KML file looks ok, the txt file is empty, not sure why.
I've also tried Kalman, it didn't work. Perhaps it needs a bit of configuration :-)
