Refactor Home.razor and adjust CSS

- Removed sections on Bootstrap themes, social buttons, ads, button styles, and typography from Home.razor.
- Added a new section about Gerald Ncube with a "Star Me On Github" button in Home.razor.
- Reduced top padding of the `.splash` class in Home.razor.css for better spacing.
