There have been many changes that will probably cause your driver program to have compiling issues. Consult the documentation. These will usually just be changes in the constructor signatures.

I am generally trying to deprecate the parameter file input system entirely. This simplifies the structure of the code and makes the functionality more logical and apparent to the user.

The parameter file has not been entirely removed from this version, but in future versions the option will be eliminated. Some of the functionality of this might have already fallen into disrepair so you should move to not using a parameter file.
