Why:

Closes: #36305

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

Add mention of JetBrains IDEs in changing AI models, also add absent text and unify it

And a side note: I couldn't find any mention of Claude 3.7 Sonnet Thinking, probably need to raise an issue for it.
