Comlink is a free client/server software utility.

Client - Data Acquisition from LINK or FILE.
       - Data recording
       - Data transfer to PACE Emulation and socket
Server - Data Acquisition from socket
       - Data recording
       - Data transfer to PACE Emulation.

3.0  INSTALLATION
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For Autostart installation:

Client installation on 'esb2ni':
   
   1)   Copy the comlinkclnt executable into the directory
        /usr/local/sim/pa2/bin

   2)   Copy the comlink script into the directory
	/home/pace/.kde/
	
   3)   Copy the begin script into the directory
        /home/pace/.kde/Autostart

   4)   comlinkclnt installation complete, reboot machine!

Server installation on 'pacedebian':
   
   1)   Copy the comlinksvr executable into the directory
        /usr/local/sim/pa2/bin

   2)   Copy the comlink script into the directory
	/home/pace/.kde/
	
   3)   Copy the begin script into the directory
        /home/pace/.kde/Autostart

   4)   comlinksvr installation complete, reboot machine!

4.0  BUILD
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Client build on 'esb2ni':
   
   1)   Create a comlinkclnt directory of your choice within
        /usr/local/sim/pa2/util

   2)   Copy the comlinkclnt source code and Makefile into the directory
	created in step 1
	
   3)	With the working directory set to the directory created in
	step 1 type simbuild 

   4)   Now continue with the Installation in step 3.0
