Importing the third party PDF module in a server side context didn't allow to resolve "canvas" properly. I guess it makes no sense to render a <canvas> element server side hence the error.
I guess this fix doesn't allow to display PDFs properly.
Still a quicker fix than drilling the dependency tree looking for some obscure pnpm/swc settings to amend this intricacy. No interest in displaying PDFs on the website nor to fix this deps hell for humanity's sake.

A newer version of next exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
