Create mapp_digital.eno (#656)

* Create mapp_digital.eno

From the /privacy page, the Data Controller is listed as being in Germany. However business sources show it as a privaet US company: https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/mapp-digital.

I have chosen to reference the country by the Data Controller address i.e. DE.

* Update webtrekk_cc.eno

Updated org to reflect acquisition by Mapp. I do not have info if this pattern is still applicable, but kept everything as it was.
