Removed Rotation - unnecessary and caused variety of issues,
Added a fixed ratio function - somewhat quirky, but functional. if fixRatio prop is passed in, will set ratio boundary of cropper and will change both axes, if no prop then free cropping bounds available - not completely problem free.
