signal-desktop: Update to 7.19.1

**Changelog**
- Stories with long captions are displayed on a subtle gradient background that improves contrast and makes the text easier to read. Now that people can see what you're saying, feel free to write a couple paragraphs about why something really made you laugh instead of just saying "lol."
- This release also improves the performance of link preview generation and fixes a bug that caused the Settings window to briefly flash a lovely shade of ultramarine whenever it was closed (instead of just closing right away).
- This update fixes an issue affecting some users, a crash with the error "The expression evaluated to a falsy value."
- If another call is calling your name, we added a shortcut to leave the current call and join a new one. You'll be prompted to confirm your departure, but it's up to you whether or not you say goodbye first.
- This update also fixes a startup crash on Linux for users whose locale is set to `POSIX`.
