H4 hyperlink won't jump to it's page position

Hi.

So this is a thing which I've noticed while trying out grav-learn in my local machine.
Which is that H4 tagged hyperlinks aren't just working right.

Here is a live example on the official grav-learn website itself:
https://learn.getgrav.org/16/basics/installation#apache-iis-nginx

So if you open the link, you will notice that it's not jumping to the hyperlink position but instead sticking on the top.
H3, H2, H1 hyperlinks are working well though.
