DVR now requires a framerate parameter to be provided so the recorded file is smooth: --dvr-framerate 30
Add --dvr-fmp4 option to generate fragmented mp4 that are still playable even if FPVue does not terminate properly.
The dvr feature now has its own thread so it does not disrupt the main video feed display.
