Currently the dartsim plugin makes use of the AttachMeshShapeFeature and AttachHeightmapShapeFeature in order to construct meshes and heightmaps outside of the physics plugin.

This recently caused new errors to appear when ConstructSdfModel is run as reported in #450.

The dartsim plugin should be updated to allow for construction of meshes and heightmaps to occur within the plugin itself.
