To get all the tools needed for building:

   pkgutil -i gmake ginstall gmake automake autoconf libconfuse_dev \
             libapr_dev rsync gtar git autoconf m4 aclocal libtool gsed

To prepare source tree:

   M4=/opt/csw/bin/gm4 MAKE=/opt/csw/bin/gmake autoreconf -i
