manifest: Update nrfxlib with new SoftDevice Controller

Includes fixes and some documentation covering Isochronous channels. More fixes and more documentation will be added later. Flow control from controller to host has also changed. See CHANGELOG for more details. Signed-off-by: Rubin Gerritsen <[email protected]>
