De-Co Proposals

Introduction

The De-Co means Decentralized Content Crafting, It meant to building a set of toolchain and - more important - a standard or protocol for people to work, share and benefit around a collobrating content making activity.

We have the following proposal theme:

• craft: consitituion and enconomy ruleset of De-Co
• metaverse: build a game world based on the derivative of content.
• aaron: an universal, programable and extending protocol of NFT creation.

Proposals Format

1. The fisrt proposal should be a summary of whole framework and updated if something changed
2. The proposal filename shoud be:
   1. AR-XX.md for aaron
   2. CF-XX.md for craft
   3. META-XX.md for metaverse
