Improved Fly check and added Killaura

• The Fly check now contains to detections, both now checking the acceleration.
• Added a Killaura check that should detect all post motion killaura.
• Improved accuracy of collision checking.
• Stated the Atlas dependency in the plugin.yml so no one is confused.
