- add chart readme, closes [portals]: Add info about redis and db into chart readme #4
- add helm chart notes.txt
- move env vars from secret to deployments to restart pods if env changes
- add seed job, closes [portals]: Add helm chart option to start init container with db-seed running in it #6
- change default values (remove issuer)
- add option to include tutors.csv and students.csv as configmap into seed-job
- adjust cpu and ram request and values to tested ones
