Only 'follow path' is supported.

This is needed to avoid same id as child element.
Yeah... can't used 'rotate' in animateMotion as it forces pivot top-left. Ref: friction2d#173
…'translation' and 'pivot' have 0 values
Don't warn if using follow path.

Following the #332 (comment) brainstorming, here is the implementation.
It works! and it does in all the examples I tried...
Have a look and let me know, as I told you, it's not a very smart implementation and you may do much better and simpler but at least it is a good point of start.
