Remove the legacy icon loader, replace most png icons with svg. Ref: #91
for icons.
Try to fix pixmaps (hidpi).
This reverts commit 463ce78.
Started the migration away from QPixmap for icons. #91
Yeah, I give up. Just use theme (png) on everything. Let's start with a couple of box icons and test. Ref: #91
Can't use SVG's for icons so drop libqsvg.
Focus fix.
Remove depend on QtSvg.
