Downloading

M1 Macs

Download the .app by running:

curl -L https://github.com/frc1418/VictiScout/releases/download/v6.0.0/VictiScout-MacOS-M1.zip > VictiScout-MacOS-M1.zip
unzip VictiScout-MacOS-M1.zip
rm VictiScout-MacOS-M1.zip

Intel Macs

Download the ZIP and extract it as you normally would. Try launching the app twice if the first time you are given an unverified developer warning.
