RadTA: RADiomics Trend Analysis for CT scans

RadTA (RADiomics Trend Analysis) is a powerful yet intuitive AI-driven tool designed for clinical data scientists to perform time-series-based radiomics trend analyses between pre- and post-condition CT volumes.

The framework automatically segments various body parts and tissues by incorporating the TotalSegmentator and BOA framework. It then computes fat/muscle/body compositions and determines over 100 radiomic features based on these segmentation masks by incorporating the BOA framework. Finally, it statistically compares the radiomic features between paired volumes, identifies trends, and visualizes and summarizes the results in the output directory.

Usage

RadTA is easy to use with the main runner, requiring only the pre- and post-condition NIfTI volumes as input.

python3.9 radta/main.py -va volume-pre.nii.gz -vb volume-post.nii.gz -o results/

The command line interface documentation and its manual page can be viewed with the --help argument.

                        Path to post volume(s) file or directory with multiple volumes
  -o PATH_OUTPUT, --output PATH_OUTPUT
                        Path to evaluation output directory

Install

For the submodules TotalSegmentator and BOA, python3.9 is required.

Install Python3.9:

python3.9 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
