Sorry I didn't comment back in the day, but this is too overwhelming/too much for a PR. Let's link externally about how to contribute, not write multiple documents on the project itself about how to do it. |

Updates to documentation around contributing. Adds more step-by-step instructions for new contributors. Removes section about non-existent "Up-For-Grabs". Sets up reference folder with How-To's, including how-to on writing tests.
