Major Changes in Sessions API and session state changes
Note: There are no breaking changes in API but more integrity checks have been put in place

• Add session mails and notify endpoint
• Add session state change emails
• Add session states and mails API
• Add session state transition validation
• Add cancelled and withdrawn state to session
• Add session custom form validations

Other additions:

• Add option to disable order attachment PDF
• Add instagram_url in settings model

Bug Fixes

• Add public payment gateway key in settings
