This is a working out-of-box version of 3D Movie Maker, labeled as Version 0.1 of the 3DMM Forever project.
This requires your system to already have Comic Sans MS fonts installed (this should already be the case for Windows machines), and because of how we shim out the registry, you can't easily install any expansions like Nick3DMM/Frankie's/v3dmm. But this should work well enough to try out for nostalgia reasons.
