* Remove Glyph.codePoints. Different code point sequences can map to the same glyphs, and Glyph objects are cached. * Use GlyphInfo objects during shaping, not just for OpenType. * Remove Font.glyphsForString (moved to LayoutEngine). Use Font.layout instead.
Keep stringIndex for default ignorables glyphs
