This change updates the text in the page in the infrastructure reference section which describes the architecture of our datacentre network. I've rewritten the description of the physical structure to reflect the use of redundant core switches, layer 3 routing, and EVPN-VXLAN on top of that for virtualising multiple logical layer 2 networks.
As the logical structure now diverges from the physical structure more significantly, I've added an additional diagram for this, and I've made some small updates to the diagram of the logical structure as well.
