feat(a32nx/fms): add h4 db swap confirm

Summary of Changes

Enables the database swap confirmation prompt from Honeywell H4, adds the year to the second database dates, and updates the readme accordingly (let's have more H4 PRs!). Also fixed some layout issues on this page while I'm here.

Testing instructions

Try swapping nav databases on the A/C status page. You should receive a confirmation prompt as above, and nothing should happen until confirmed. When confirmed flight plan data etc. should be erased (this is the fastest way to "reset" the FMS). The cancel button should cancel the confirmation and do nothing else.

Every new commit to this PR will cause new A32NX and A380X artifacts to be created, built, and uploaded.
