Describe the bug

With the VHF3 receive knob turned off, the COM RECEIVE 3 simvar is still set to 1.

Expected behavior

COM RECEIVE 3 simvar should match the VHF3 receive state on the RMP.

Steps to reproduce

Spawn in the A32NX, and see VHF3 knob is in/off. Open SimVarWatcher and add COM RECEIVE EX1:3; note the simvar is 1 even though it should be 0. Toggle VHF3 on then off just to confirm it's not working; note the simvar is still 1.
