Description

vPilot thinks MSFS has 2 COM radios like P3D, so it uses COM RECEIVE ALL to mean COM 1 and 2 receive. We should add a toggle option that disables VHF3 (volume forced to 0 and RX bit on) to workaround vPilot for those that have to use it. This would also be useful on the A32NX in conjunction with a fix for #9015.
