First release of the Quality Testing service of the Smart Data Models content

First release of the component to calculate the Quality of the content of any Data Model to facilitate the creation of any new content.

What's Changed

• OpenAPI spec by @feki-rihab in #3
• Update README.md by @feki-rihab in #4
• Clean process of the service code already available in the Smart Data Model program
• Correction several errors detected in the process to evaluate the problems in the Data Models content
• Generation of a code to be executed either in CLI or through a HTTPS server
• Generation of the output in text format and in JSON Format
