At the moment I just tried to add general information. I will check the information in #169 to see if it is correct or not. I also saw some non-English sources while I was researching the topic and I will check these sources as well.

It is currently a draft, so don't worry if there are grammar mistakes in the article.

While researching the topic I found some documentation on the Dreamcast, which explains how to do most things with the DreamCast.

Should we add this programming stuff to the site? That way we can reach more people.
